I work as an Account Delivery Consultant on a 180 desk. Talking to candidates, my focus is trying to find them the most suited role and I enjoy hearing about what they're looking for in a new role. I aim to build strong relationships with every individual to make sure that I am offering them the right roles and walk them through the process, having fun along the way.
