I joined the company in January 2019 to start an operational role dealing with the day-to-day management of Smart metering installers. I am involved with the Quality Management System having assisted with our ISO9001:2015 accreditation and internal auditing, which helps to direct our continuous improvement journey and ensure we deliver our customers’ expectations.
More recently, I have assisted with the planning and design for the re-purposing of our training centre in Southampton, which means we can continue to meet and exceed our customers’ demands in this dynamic space.
