What is recruitment?
Sited in the Cambridge Dictionary as ‘the process of finding people to work for a company or become a new member of an organization.’ SERT has set out to bring some colour to this black and white process within the Defence/Public Sectors, Digital/Engineering Sectors and Green Energy/Utilities Sectors, where SERT can play to its strengths to make an impactful difference.
