If you want to search for jobs that may have just one of several words, include OR (capitalized) between the words. Without the OR, your results would typically show only jobs that match both terms.
Exclude a word

Add a NOT before a word to exclude all results that include that word. 
Include a "fill in the blank"

Use an asterisk (*) within a query as a placeholder for any unknown or "wildcard" terms.

I first encountered SERT through the Business Consultancy Program at the University of Portsmouth working directly with Mark Edwards to offer creative insights on how the business could develop. This project gave me the opportunity to apply classroom theory and further business development strategies that I enjoy researching in my own time into the working world. With such a great experience I was very excited to be offered the opportunity to work for SERT full time. I couldn't wait to start my role Project Coordinator, and began the very same day I submitted my dissertation in 2021. My role involves taking on a wide scope of projects looking at efficiency, profitability, corporate social responsibility, online presence and any other areas I feel positive change can come from. 

As simple as SERTs purpose sounds, it really is centered into everything that happens here both internally and externally which is what had led to such an amazing experience. I look forward to my career here at SERT and will always be open to networking with new people.
