We are recruiting an EV Team Leader to work in Midlands and support a growing team of Engineers across the Midlands and Scotland.
The company have been established since the 1990's and have been involved with domestic smart meter installations across the UK and are now evolving into the EV sector. This a key position to help grow with the business and be at the forefront of the next venture!
In this position, your main duties will include:
- Provide advice and support for all technical queries.
- Complete remote and onsite auditing ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Complete all neccassary paperwork and certification for building regulation authorities including NAPIT.
- Installation, exchange, maintenance and removal of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
- Mentor, coach and develop the team of existing EV Engineers.
- Travel to Scotland to meet and audit Engineers.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
To be successful in this role, you need the following experience:
- Extensive experience of EV
- Proven supervisor/team leader experience
- 18th edition
- Level 3 City and Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 2919 - Level 3 in Commercial and Domestic, Industrial Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation
