Office-based Retrofit Assessor – Office-Based Role (No Nationwide Travel Required)

Location: Trafford, Cheshire
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review data from EPCs, RdSAP surveys, architectural plans and property documentation to assess suitability for energy efficiency upgrades

• Ensure property survey data is accurate and complete before progressing to Retrofit Co-ordination

• Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Co-ordinators and Installers to ensure proposals meet PAS 2035 and PAS 2030:2019 standards

• Prepare detailed, compliant Retrofit Assessment reports, ensuring each recommendation is fully evidenced

What We're Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of RdSAP and domestic energy assessments

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Accreditation with Elmhurst and/or ECMK (desirable)

• Previous experience in Retrofit Assessments or EPC assessor roles
