Retrofit Coordinator Job in Liverpool – £40k–£50k + Vehicle + Hybrid Working

About the Role: Retrofit Coordinator – Hybrid (Liverpool-based)

In this hybrid role, you’ll work both on-site and in the office, overseeing the successful delivery of domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. You’ll collaborate with a supportive Operations team, ensuring high-quality, compliant retrofit assessments and coordination across a wide range of residential properties.

This role is ideal for someone with a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination, strong knowledge of PAS 2035, and hands-on experience in the construction or housing maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic energy retrofit projects from inception to completion

• Ensure full compliance with PAS 2035 and TrustMark frameworks

• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals

• Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments

• Provide expert advice on retrofit improvements including insulation, ventilation, and heating

• Manage documentation, progress reports, and compliance audits

• Drive sustainability outcomes and ensure projects deliver maximum energy savings

Essential Skills & Experience

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (minimum 6 months’ experience)

• ECMK-accredited Retrofit Coordinator

• In-depth understanding of PAS 2035 standards

• Background in construction, property maintenance, or building surveying

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities

• IT proficient (Microsoft Office suite)

• Based within commutable distance of Liverpool
