The Role
We’re looking for experienced Gas Engineers to carry out domestic gas metering and maintenance work as part of EDF’s national smart meter rollout. This is a customer-facing gas engineering role suited for a motivated, reliable, and technically skilled professional who takes pride in their workmanship.

£500 attendance bonus paid every 6 months

Productivity bonus: £15 per meter after 30 meters per week

Optional Saturday work paid at £200 per day

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Install and maintain domestic gas meters across residential properties

Ensure all work is completed to industry safety, compliance, and quality standards

Deliver excellent customer service at every visit

Work independently using smart scheduling systems, digital tools, and mobile support
What You’ll Need

CCN1 and MET1 (or equivalent Gas Safe qualifications)

Proven experience in domestic gas engineering or smart metering installation

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
