Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000 + Door-to-Door Travel | OTE £55,000
Location: Field-based – covering residential, commercial, MoD and industrial sites across the UK

The Role – Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer
We are seeking an experienced F-Gas certified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on air conditioning installation, service, maintenance, and repair projects across a variety of sites.
Key responsibilities include:

Commission, service, install, repair, and maintain air conditioning (AC) and HVAC systems

Review building plans and specifications for AC requirements

Install HVAC control panels, leak detection systems, and pipework containment

Test systems for leaks and operational faults

Ensure compliance with all building regulations and F-Gas requirements

Mentor and support junior engineers

Attend manufacturer training (Samsung, Mitsubishi, Daikin)

About You:

Proven experience in commissioning, servicing, and installing air conditioning systems
