Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) / EPC Assessor – Permanent or Subcontract (3 Positions Available)
Location: Hampshire (local travel required)

We are seeking qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) to carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys on domestic properties across Hampshire. Whether you’re looking for a full-time salaried role or prefer subcontract work, we have consistent opportunities available.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct domestic property surveys in line with EPC regulations and industry standards

Accurately collect data and produce Energy Performance Certificates

Liaise with clients, property owners, and agents to arrange assessments

Maintain professional, timely, and accurate reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment (or equivalent)

Valid DEA accreditation and insurance
-
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
-
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
