Are you an Administrator seeking a rewarding role with a dynamic company? Are you wanting to work within in a positive team culture who strive on helping others?

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to be based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. The company are working as part of the government initiative in improving customer properties with energy efficient home improvements and are seeking an Administrator to help compliment their goal!

Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will be required to call and speak to customers to offer survey slots, arrange suitable diary appointments and ensure first class customer service is provided. This is working in a fast-paced office environment with colleagues who will provide full on the job training. The role will involve data entry and product knowledge to deal with inbound and outbound bookings.

You will be required to have the following skills/experience:

  • Strong communication skills – both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
  • Prior customer service and administration experience.
  • Positive and professional attitude.

The role is working 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and will be based in the office full time.

The salary is up to £22,000 per annum depending on suitable and relevant experience.
