Field Team Auditor – Health & Safety | Technical Compliance 

📍 Hiring in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Southampton and London
💷 £37,500 per year + £250 monthly bonus
🕒 Full-time | Monday to Friday | 08:00–17:00

Are you an experienced auditor or compliance professional looking for a field-based auditing role with a trusted technical recruitment and training company? We’re hiring Field Team Auditors to support our mission of delivering high standards in health and safety, technical quality and regulatory compliance across multiple UK locations.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Work in Progress (WIP) audits and Post-Completion (PC) assessments
  
  
• Supporting field teams with technical queries and best practice guidance
  
  
• Promoting a culture of quality assurance, compliance and safety
  
  
• Using the Certainty auditing app to log, report and track findings
  
  
• Identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
• Representing management in audit review meetings and site visits
  
  
• Reporting any health and safety risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  
  
• Supporting the training and upskilling of technical staff where required
  
  
• Managing your own workload, travel schedule and audit planning

🎯 Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for individuals with experience in:

• Field-based auditing or health and safety inspections
  
  
• Technical services, utilities, construction or engineering compliance
  
  
• A good understanding of UK safety regulations, site procedures and quality control standards
  
  
• Confidence using auditing software and mobile reporting tools
  
  
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making skills
