Labourer – Sussex
Pay: £100–£140/day | Contract: Subcontractor (CIS)
📍 Location: Sussex & South East England | On-site Role
We’re hiring reliable and hardworking labourers in Sussex to support ongoing solar panel installation, scaffolding, and maintenance projects. Join busy installation teams working across residential and light commercial sites throughout Sussex and the South East.
Job Responsibilities
As a site labourer, you’ll be supporting solar and scaffold teams with a variety of hands-on tasks:

Manual handling, lifting and moving materials

Preparing solar panels for installation

Clearing and tidying site areas after works

Assisting scaffolders and maintenance engineers

Supporting deliveries and material runs
-
Maintaining safety and cleanliness across active sites
What You’ll Need

Previous experience in a construction or site labourer role

Good physical fitness and a proactive work attitude

Basic understanding of site safety
-
Own transport (preferred)
-
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)

Must be reliable and ready for hands-on work
