Project Coordinator – Junior Operations / Office Manager
Location: South Coast (office-based, with occasional site visits)
Full-time | Permanent

Our client is expanding and is therefore looking for a Junior Operations Manager / Office Manager to ensure their projects and office run like clockwork.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, from coordinating site teams and managing schedules to keeping office systems efficient and supporting directors with operational planning.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping the office running smoothly, maintaining effective systems and processes

Scheduling jobs, contractors, and site visits to ensure everything runs on time

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects moving

Managing paperwork – contracts, compliance documentation, and health & safety records

Ordering materials and ensuring deliveries reach site when required

Preparing quotes, invoices, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For:

Highly organised and detail-focused, confident juggling multiple priorities

Strong communicator – comfortable working with tradespeople, suppliers, and clients

Previous experience in office management or operations (construction experience is advantageous but not essential)

IT confident – proficient with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools

A proactive problem-solver who’s happy to roll up their sleeves

Full UK driving licence preferred
