We’re Hiring – Senior Electrical Estimator (Hampshire)
Join a leading building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to take the lead on estimating electrical works valued between £100k and £2m. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitive pricing, working closely with project teams to prepare winning bids. You’ll also develop strong supplier and subcontractor relationships, playing a key role in securing new contracts.

About You:

Proven track record as an Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator within the building services or M&E sector

Experience preparing tenders and costings for projects ranging from £100k to £2m

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of current electrical installation practices and regulations

Excellent organisational, analytical, and negotiation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients to achieve successful outcomes
