Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical engineering background, looking for your next career move in Norfolk?

SERT is working with a leading UK Facilities Management (FM) company to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple commercial and industrial sites in the East Anglia / CB postcode area.


The Role – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

  • Carry out PPM schedules and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems within commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

  • Perform fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on electrical installations, plant equipment, and building services systems.

  • Support mechanical maintenance tasks, basic plumbing, and general building fabric repairs when required.

  • Ensure all works are completed to the highest health & safety, compliance, and quality standards.


About You

  • Recognised electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2365, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

  • Proven background as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or Building Services Engineer within the FM sector.

  • Strong electrical expertise, with additional mechanical engineering and general maintenance skills.

  • Full UK driving licence essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
