What you’ll do:
As a mobile PPM M&E Engineer, you’ll travel between sites delivering planned preventative maintenance across a retail-focused portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- PPM on air conditioning systems
- PPM on heating systems and heat pumps
- Electrical services & emergency lighting maintenance
- Some refrigeration PPM tasks (full training provided)
During seasonal PPM freeze periods, you’ll support the refrigeration or M&E reactive teams, taking ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding, and minor repairs. You’ll confidently deliver a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
- Unvented Hot Water expertise
- Strong HVAC and plumbing knowledge
- Experience in retail or commercial environments
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)
