Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission
Location: West Midlands

We are working with a Retrofit solutions business around the Midlands who are looking for a driven, motivated individual to join their door canvassing team. You will play a part in bridging the gap between fuel poverty and net zero in the domestic owner-occupied, private rented and social housing markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting door to door visits to potential customers
- Explain the benefits of the products offered in the ECO4 and GBIS schemes
- Pre-qualify households based on defined eligibility criteria
- Meet/exceed monthly targets to help with overall growth of the company
- Managing own workload
Skills/Experience:
- Experience with face to face sales/customer service (R)
- Self motivated (R)
- Work independently and as part of a team (R)
- Full, clean driving license (R)
- Exceptional communications skills (R)
- Knowledge of ECO and GBIS schemes (D)
- Technical understanding of energy efficiency solutions such as Solar, ASHP, and Solid wall insulations (D)
