We are recruiting a Mobile M&E Engineer, electrically and plumbing biased, to join a dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality services across a portfolio of client sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.
Responsibilities include:- Electrical PPMs
- Plumbing works
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Fabric maintenance
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
You will work proactively and independently across both electrical and mechanical systems.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:- 18th Edition qualification
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation
- Plumbing experience
- Valid UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar M&E role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of health and safety protocols
- F-Gas certification
- IOSH Working Safely qualification
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information
40-hour working week (Monday–Friday)
Participation in a 1-in-4 week on-call rota
