We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. This is a mobile, hands-on role with variety and the opportunity to work across multiple locations including Hants, South Berks, Surrey, and West Sussex.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Traveling to client sites to ensure supermarket refrigeration systems operate efficiently
- Performing diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs to high standards
- Delivering outstanding customer service across your allocated patch
- Working autonomously in a mobile, hands-on role with no two days the same
What We’re Looking For
Essential:- Valid UK driver’s licence
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- CO2 qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with awareness of health and safety requirements
Additional Information
45-hour working week (Monday–Friday)On-call rota: 1 in 4 weeks
