We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing team, delivering services across multi-site retail clients. This is a mobile role covering Basingstoke, Surrey, Reading, and surrounding areas, offering a varied and hands-on working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Travel across your patch to ensure supermarket refrigeration systems are fully maintained and operating at peak performance
- Carry out diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs to high standards
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing your own schedule on the road
- Work autonomously in a mobile, hands-on role where no two days are the same

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Valid UK driver’s licence
- Time-served experience as a Refrigeration Engineer
- C&G 2079 / F-Gas certification
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Work ethic with awareness of health & safety
Desirable (training provided):
- CO2 qualification
- Supermarket refrigeration experience
Additional Information
- 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday
- On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
