I've been working at SERT since March 2019. I love working with everyone, meeting new people, forming great friendships and working relationships with people. I enjoy being able to get to know everyone in the office individually. Being a small company, we have the ability to form relationships with everyone, may this be at work or whilst on a work social event (we love these!).
We do a weekly peer to peer nomination for people we think have had a good week or have gone above and beyond, but one week, my boyfriend’s (interesting) fashion choice was nominated. To me, this highlights the fun and personal approach SERT have with all their employees, not just getting to know you but having an interest in your personal life too.
