AC Engineers – Commercial & Industrial | HVAC Careers Hampshire & South Coast

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 + van, call-outs, training
Location: Hampshire & South Coast
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking experienced AC Engineers to join our expanding team, delivering installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC systems across Hampshire and the South Coast.

Key Responsibilities

As an AC Engineer, you will:

• Install, maintain and fault-find air conditioning systems, including VRVs, AHUs and chillers
• Carry out on-site servicing and respond to emergency call-outs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations across varied environments
• Collaborate with M&E teams on large-scale projects

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for AC Engineers who can demonstrate:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, plus F-Gas certification
• Proven experience working with commercial and industrial AC systems
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
