Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients as their trusted business energy consultant.

Make outbound calls (approx. 100–120 daily) to UK businesses to understand their energy procurement requirements.

Present tailored gas, electricity, and renewable energy solutions to help clients reduce bills and cut carbon emissions.

Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Use the company CRM to accurately record activity, sales pipeline, and performance.
Requirements

Proven background in B2B telesales, business development, or lead generation – ideally in energy sales, utilities, telecoms, or commercial services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Hours & Location

Full-time, permanent role.

Office-based in central Leicester.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM.
