The Opportunity
SERT is seeking skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineers for ongoing new build housing projects across the South Coast, including Sussex, Hampshire, and Dorset.
This role offers consistent work, competitive price rates, and long-term projects with a trusted contractor known for delivering quality installations.
Experienced engineers with strong domestic plumbing and heating knowledge are encouraged to apply, particularly those who hold Gas Safe registration or have worked with Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems.
Immediate starts are available, with a steady pipeline of new build plumbing work across Sussex and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and heating installations on new build housing sites

Fit and test pipework, radiators, sanitaryware, cylinders, and fixtures

Support or lead on Gas Safe connections and renewable heating systems (ASHP)

Ensure all work meets NHBC standards, site specifications, and deadlines

Maintain safe working practices and a professional standard of workmanship
What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic plumbing and heating, ideally within new build environments

CSCS card

Gas Safe registration or ASHP installation experience (advantageous)

Own tools and reliable transport
